Hi, If you are having a problem where your iPod Touch/iPhone seems to be completely stuck and nothing works, this does... 1) Start iTunes(FIRST) and plug the iPodTouch/iPhone (SECOND) in. 2) With the phone powered on, hold both the "POWER" and "HOME" buttons down for seven seconds. The screen should turn black. 3) Wait two seconds while the screen is black and release the POWER button while still holding the HOME button. 4) The screen will remain black, but after a few more seconds (could be up to 30 seconds) iTunes will detect the phone in recovery mode. 5) Release the HOME button and proceed to restore firmware with iTunes. THIS METHOD WILL WORK, I CAN'T STRESS IT ENOUGH TIMING IS A KEY ROLE Remember the iPodTouchNiNjA Helped you out, so why don't you visit his website at http://itouchninja.com, he is accepting applications to become moderators for his new forums! Hurry now, and you might just be a MOD! IF THIS DOESN'T WORK WELL.. IT HAS TOO AND KEEP DOING THIS PROCESS TILL IT DOES WORK! G00D LUCK, iPodTouchNiNjA
